Fourth of July in downtown Harrison kicked off the Harrison Concerts with the rockin' sounds of Reunion. Playing to a large crowd, Reunion rocked the sun to sleep, only to have the Harrison fireworks light up the sky.
The fifth of July saw New York Music Production in West Harrison, featuring Don Felice, put on a beautiful concert of Italian Music, with the amazing talent of Emilio Magnotta on accordion. The July heat did not deter a significant crowd from enjoying this act.
Two excellent concerts, beautiful weather, and a powerful fireworks display, kicked off the Harrison Concerts with a bang. Thanks are in order for Recreation Superintendant Gerry Salvo and staff, and Mayor Ron Belmont, for their tireless efforts in continuing these events.
