Question: With my work schedule, I don't have time to go to the gym. Any suggestions?

You don't need a gym, or a lot of time to exercise. If your current schedule makes formal exercise impossible, here are a few suggestions:

Take the stairs. Walk the dog. Mow the lawn. 

Crank out as many crunches, pushups, and lunges as you can in one minute each, that's a three minute block. If you don't have three spare minutes, you need to evaluate your lifestyle. Five minutes of exercise three times a day is similar to 15 straight minutes. Upon arising, lunchtime, and before bed, are usually periods of the day most people can spare a few minutes.

Think in terms of cummulative effect, one extra flight of stairs per day for one year yields over 300 flights climbed. That is assuming you take off one day per week.

Now get going, no excuses!
