Susan Mistri Appointed Senior General Manager of Life Time Athletic Westchester

Westchester County’s first Healthy Way of Life Destination to open in first quarter of 2014

Officials from Life Time – The Healthy Way of Life Companysm (NYSE:LTM) announced that Susan Mistri will serve as Senior General Manager of its first exquisite sports, professional fitness, family recreation, and spa athletic resort in Westchester County, NY. Life Time Athletic Westchester is under construction at 1 Gannett Drive in Harrison and represents the Company’s second New York location.

Her extensive experience with Life Time and commitment to a healthy way of life are the perfect combination to lead this landmark club to success,” said Jeff Zwiefel, Life Time executive vice president and chief of operations. “As we look forward to our 2014 opening, we are committed to serving Westchester residents with the absolute best place, programs and people and it starts with Susan.”

Mistri joined Life Time in 2001 as Member Engagement Manager, Assistant Member Engagement Manager and Member Engagement Advisor in Burr Ridge, IL until 2004. She’s since served as General Manager of Illinois Life Time destinations in Bloomingdale, Old Orchard, Vernon Hills and Warrenville and most recently Life Time Athletic in Syosset, New York.

Mistri received a Bachelor of Arts with Early Childhood Education and majored in psychology. Prior to joining Life Time, she was a middle school teacher and kindergarten principal. In addition, Mistri has hospitality and hotel management experience from her five years with Taj Mahal Hotel in Bombay, India.
