LIFE TIME TO OPEN SECOND NEW YORK LOCATION IN MARCH 2014

Harrison’s first Healthy Way of Life Destination to offer exclusive membership offerings  

Officials from Life Time – The Healthy Way of Life Companysm (NYSE:LTM) today announced the planned completion of its first exquisite sports, professional fitness, family recreation, and spa athletic resort in Harrison, NY, in March 2014. Life Time Athletic Harrison is located at 1 Gannett Drive in Harrison and represents the Company’s second New York location and its first in Westchester County. 

The massive 201,000-square-foot facility will boast a comprehensive array of studios, programs and services designed to address members’ unique interests and areas of passion —from personal training, weight loss and nutrition, to running, cycling, swimming and basketball, to yoga, Zumba® classes and Pilates — and help members achieve success with their total health objectives, athletic aspirations and fitness goals.  Life Time Athletic Harrison also will feature a state-of-the art tennis complex including 10 indoor climate-controlled tennis courts, a highly reflective and indirect lighting system for the courts, executive tennis dressing rooms, a tennis pro shop, and a viewing lounge and bar. Additionally, an incredible Life Time Kids Academy will provide kids ages 3 months to 11years a full spectrum of activities focused on Mind and Body, Arts and Culture, Fitness and Agility, and Life Skills.

An on-site Preview Center is open to the public to allow consumers a sneak preview of what this new resort-like destination will offer, as well as provide Life Time’s exclusive membership opportunities for a limited time.

Because good health and wellness begin on the inside, new members will receive Life Time’s exclusive myHealthScore® assessment, a composite rating of six key indicators of an individual’s overall health.
