Replacing Greetings and Salutations

The For Rent sign at 255 Halstead Avenue has been in the building's window since Greetings and Salutations left town last year.

With two new businesses to its right and left, the vacancy between The Puppy Gallery and is now as obvious as ever.

What do you think should fill this space? What business would you enjoy visiting during your trips downtown?
