Market Spotlight: Taste Provisions

A weekly look at the offerings at the West Harrison Farmers Market.

Vendor: Olivier Crosby

What are you Selling: We do prepared foods, mostly locally sourced ingredients from Connecticut, New York and Vermont. Whatever’s fresh on the farms. We buy local ourselves and from the markets. So the emphasis is on healthy prepared meals.

What’s your most popular item? It changes weekly. The first week it was the Asian Chicken Salad and the next it was the beet salad, which we got from the farm right here.

What do you think about this Farmer’s Market in particular? So far it’s been great. Everybody’s friendly, a lot of variety, beautiful produce. I bought my produce from the guys next door there.
