Harrison Council for the Arts presents “My Favorite Things” Musings in Watermedia by Lynne Wesolowski at the Harrison Public Library, Bruce Avenue, October 9 to November 4 with an opening reception October 15 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Lynne’s exhibit consists of a varied collection of realistic and abstract works on paper reflecting Gemini duality.
Lynne is a White Plains native and still resides in White Plains. She worked for General Foods and with her husband who was also a General Foods employee; they lived in California, Dallas and Denver. Lynne was active in her community while her children were growing up. About 12 years ago, she developed an interest in watercolor and began taking classes, and she tells us “I’m still working on it.” Lynne has exhibited in Westchester, Connecticut and Florida. She is a member of the Scarsdale Art Association, the Art Society of Old Greenwich and the Fort Myers Beach Art Association.
The exhibit may be viewed Monday & Wednesday 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
