WHO AM I? FIGURES FROM THE
CAMEROON GRASSFIELDS

African art often celebrates a society’s beliefs and leaders. See how the people of the Cameroon Grassfields in Africa create objects to honor their culture during tours of Art in Cameroon: Sculptural Dialogues.

Children then make a celebratory sculpture of their own in the studio. Purchase College students perform West African dance and music; audience participation is encouraged!

Free admission
(Museum admission is always free the first Saturday of every month)
