Charles Strouse Day

Charles Strouse Day is the inaugural event of Living Arts at Manhattanville, a yearly event that celebrates the life and achievements of a living composer, musician or artist. The composer of over two dozen musicals, Charles Strouse is most famous for Annie and Bye Bye Birdie, which each won the Tony Award for Best Musical.

The full-day event will include performances by Charles Strouse, as well as from Broadway stars Andrea McArdle, who played Annie in the original Broadway production, and Alan H. Green, who is currently starring in Sister Act, and Susan Watson, who is currently in Follies.
