Question: Should Kids Have Access to Violent Games?

Please tell us your opinion in the comments section.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Monday that California's attempt to prevent the sale of violent video games to minors violated the constitution's guarantee of free expression, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

According to the article, "States can protect children from harm, but they have no 'free-floating power to restrict the ideas to which children may be exposed,' the court said."

What do you think: Does it violate Americans' constitutional rights to keep minors from buying the bloodiest and most violent games, or should children be protected?
