It's Cool to Go to The Library, And It's Air Conditioned Too

The West Harrison Library has Train Time on Tuesdays, Mother Goose Time on Thursdays, plus the fun "Dig into Reading" Game!

There's something for everyone this summer in the children's department at the West Harrison Library. If you're a child 12 or under, you can join the Summer Reading Game. You simply read books, or have someone read to you, and you can earn fun prizes!

This year's theme is Dig into Reading and the program runs through August 12th.

Our Summer Reading Game is designed to encourage children to keep reading all summer. Here's how it works: For every 15 minutes of reading you get a sticker and for every 5 stickers you get a small prize. You can also get a sticker for each review you write, up to a maximum of 5 stickers.
