Got your sights set on the weekend? We've got you covered. Here are six ideas to get your planning started.

Why Go: Listen to the romantic music of the Big Band era against the backdrop of a moonlight night on Long Island Sound with the Milt Gerver Orchestra.

Price: Free! Parking is $5 on Friday evening, $1 for senior citizens with a Westchester County Park Pass.

Why Go: Children ages 3-7 can participate in games, silly relay races, crafts, pizza dinner, rockwall climbing, story time and zipline fun.

Pricing: $35 for members, $40 for non-members and $25 each additional sibling.

3. SUMMER OPEN GYM NIGHT FOR TEENS

Where/When:, 198 Central Ave, White Plains. Friday July 15, 6pm-10pm.

Why Go: It's free and there are loads of games to play. Not to mention it gives you the oppurtunity to meet new kids your age from grades 6-12.

4. HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HOLLOWS PART 2

Where/When: AMC Loews Port Chester 14 40 Westchester Avenue
Port Chester.

Why Go: The story that has touched so many lives is coming to and end this Friday. Get there at midnight to experience the magic!

Pricing: Price of ticket.

Where/When:, 735 Anderson Hill Rd, Purchase. July 15, 6-9pm.

Why Go: Sip margaritas or Mexican beer as WFUV Radio DJs Claudia Marshall and Alisa Ali provide the perfect music mix. Hors d'oeuvres inspired by the cuisine of Mexico and Africa as well as the stunning contemporary art of Mexican artist Betsabee Romero and the magnificent sculptures of the Cameroon Grassfields complete this immersion into two great cultures.

Pricing: $20 / Free to NMA members and one guest / Free to WFUV members and one guest.

Why Go: The whole family can enjoy this art project. Children and caregivers will have the opportunity to construct 3-D cars out of every day objects. You can also take a tour of the museum's most recent exhibit.
