Gifted Hands, a cooperative boutique of local artists, artisans, and designers, is now offering sewing classes for children and adults!
SewRye has a newly renovated studio in the shop and is offering ongoing classes as well as workshops. Projects include make a pair of pajama pants and a drawstring overnight bag, sew a Boho belt and bag, make a spectacular holiday skirt. Projects for adults are individualized.
In addition, Annie Sloan paint is now available at Gifted Hands. This paint has an almost cultish following among artists and laypeople who know how versatile and fabulous it is. Workshops are being offered to show how easy it is to make your old furniture look professionally done.
