The Harrison Varsity Wrestling team continues to dominate their opponents this season as evidenced by their 14-3 record. This week the team scored a victory against league rivals Port Chester and won the Byram Hills Dual Meet, besting competitors from Burke Catholic, Rye Country Day, Irvington and Carmel. With their success on the mats this week, the Huskies have established a single season record of 14 wins, surpassing the former benchmark of 12 wins set in the 2004-05 season.
The Boys and Girls Varsity Track teams captured the Section I League III-A Championships this past weekend at the Armory in New York City. Both the Boys and Girls teams outscored strong opposition from Fox Lane, Rye, Byram Hills, Port Chester, Ossining and Horace Greeley. Next up for these two teams will be the Westchester County Championships to be held at the Armory this weekend.
