New Library Space Offers New Opportunities

The West Harrison Library recently opened an upstairs space that can now be used for various programs.

Some small changes to the have opened up two new rooms for educational programs and classes.

The space, which is on the top floor of the small three-level library, had been used for storage. But earlier this year library staff decided to clear the room and use it for programming including English as a second language, teen advisory groups and crafts classes.

New carpeting was placed in each of the small rooms, along with new tables.
